Our Benefits

Squadforce team members are entitled to all benefits provided by the company, listed below, following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

Insurance package

We offer a full comprehensive medical, dental, group term life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. Premiums are 100% paid by the Company and are a taxable benefit for the employees. Employees will pay for their LTD plan premiums.

RRSP

After 6 months of employment, you will be eligible to a group matching RRSP. Employees can contribute up to 6% of their annual salary and the Company will match 50%of the employee’s contribution to a maximum of 3%.

Vacation, holidays and personal days

From your first day, you will be entitled to 15 working days of annual vacation and receive an additional vacation day for every year of service, up to a maximum of 20days per year. Additionally, you will be entitled to five (5) personal days per calendar year.

Maternity leave benefit & paternity leave benefit

You are entitled to the statutory holidays and other leaves (i.e. maternity, paternity, bereavement, etc.) in accordance with the Act respecting Labor Standards inQuebec and our Company’s policies.

Squadforce employees receive a bonus for every team member they’ve referred, once that team member successfully completes their probation.
